  Christmas is always a very difficult time for the most vulnerable people in society which is why The Ragamuffins have chosen to support Change4Good: a project ran by The Mancunian Way to provide support, advice and information to rough sleepers in Manchester City Centre with a downloadable charity single. They work with local homeless day centres, Manchester City Council, the NHS, charities and the public to provide an excellent outreach service to new and entrenched rough sleepers.
  
  Helping vulnerable people survive the streets by giving out food, hot drinks and sleeping bags is great. But no one should have to sleep rough in the UK.
  
  Change4Good provides a professional befriending service, walk in services, reconnection to support services, sign-posting to support, health sign-posting, educational training and much more.
  
  Change 4 Good have had some great successes in a short period of time and with precious little resources (they aren't funded at all!). But there's much more still to do.
  
  Please donate what you can and help stop vulnerable rough sleepers calling the street their home.
